Do I need to use paid Facebook Ads?

No, paid Facebook is not necessary for success. Posting quality organic (non-paid) content people want to consume, like, share, and comment on is VERY beneficial. Especially in local markets. Tap into existing groups and spend time engaging on socials rather than paid ads.

What is the best channel for generating quality leads?

The best channel is the one you commit to! You can have success on any platform if you focus on it. It's better to pick 1-2 channels to excel at and engage followers rather than put minimal effort in maintaining 4+ channels.

How often should I post on social media?

Daily. Do something every single day. It does not always have to be your own content, you can share and engage in other ways as well. But you should aim to actually post your own content a minimum of 5 days a week to stay relevant in followers minds. They are on socials multiple times a day and you should be too!

How can I transform more leads into customers?

Stay connected and be responsive. When someone messages or emails follow up within two days, ideally one so that you can be ready as soon as they want to take action. The longer wait times in between touch points the more people fall off.

How can I improve the performance of my campaigns?

Share, like, comment, post consistently! When you engage on other peoples' socials they are significantly more likely to engage on yours. And staying active is #1 to a successful campaign.
